“I want to take the opportunity to compliment you on the outstanding snow
operation conducted by your JFK Team in the recent events of December...
The American Airlines station operations personnel were very complimentary
relating to the performance of the Aero Snow crew. We were very successful
and able to operate with a minimum of disruption.” “Just wanted to pass on an “Atta Boy” to the DIA snow removal team from our
Dispatch office in Chicago. They were very complimentary about your snow
removal efforts on day shift of December 23, 2009. Feedback was they did not
have to worry about DIA, you kept up with the snow fall, they were able to focus
on other bad weather areas in the country. Thank the team from United Airlines.” “I would also like to thank everyone for Saturday December 26, 2009 efforts,
the efforts from those that were scheduled were heroic, we experienced no
departure delays and the arrivals only were slightly pushed back. GREAT JOB.” “With the wrapping up of the 2008-2009 snow season, I wanted to take the time
and thank you and your crew for a job extremely well done. The coordination
and communication between our organizations and the Port Authority, has been
exemplary. I also want to give the crews operating on the February 3rd snow events a big thumbs-up. They worked with the airline operators and ramp personnel to clear up trouble spots, and most of all worked quickly. I wish I would have jotted down names, so they all get hi-fives. Your crews and yourself have made my job as the LAAMCOs Snow Coordinator very stress free and pleasant to execute, even when I was out of town. Thanks again, and we look forward to having Aero Snow here in LGA.” “Please pass along to Tom Aiello of Aero Snow, Frank’s and my appreciation
for a ‘job well done’ during the 2008-2009 snow season. Tom’s coordination
with our Snow Desk enabled a smooth operation during each of the snow alerts
for which Aero Snow was activated.” “I want to take this opportunity to compliment you on the outstanding operation
conducted by your JFK Team this past Friday. The American Airlines station
operations personnel were very complimentary relating to the performance of the
Aero Snow crew. Port Authority operations people commented to me that we had
the best ramp area at the airport. This was no small achievement.
We were very successful and began back into operation on Saturday without any
cancellations. Please compliment Tom Aiello and his entire group for the terrific
job they accomplished.” “I would like to pass on my sincere appreciation for the exemplary customer
service and support your Boston staff provided JetBlue Airways during these last
two snow events. Both storms were challenging to say the least, as they were very
fast events and high winds, with considerable accumulation. Your crew under the
direction of Kevin Buswell, Mike Gifford with the support of John Hogan caused
me to receive multiple calls from JetBlue staff, other airlines, and Massport
Facilities raving how our gates are by far the best looking snow removal job
airport wide. “My boss wishes to convey sincere appreciation for your outstanding service
during heavy snow last week. We were highly impressed about your services,
beyond our expectation. Once again, thank you and happy holiday.” “I would like to say ‘Thank You’, Tom Aiello, Bill O’Grady, Ralph DiVirgilio
and the entire Aero Snow Removal group for an Outstanding Job performed during their snow removal operation on December 19, 2009. The communication
between the Airlines and Aero was seamless. The high level of service we have
grown accustomed to is critical to make a storm of this nature look easy. We look
forward to continuing to work with you and your staff in the future.”
“Thank you for a Job Well Done.” “I just wanted to take a moment to thank-you for all the new snow equipment here
